My subscription order has already shipped. Can I still cancel?
Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return or exchange by contacting us at info@healthiswealthnaturals.com.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To Cancel Your Subscription:
- Login and go to “Subscriptions”
- Click “Manage Subscriptions”
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
- Scroll down and click “Cancel Subscription”
- You’ll have the option to pause for 1–3 months
- If you prefer to cancel, click “Cancel Subscription” again
- Choose a reason and confirm
How do I update my shipping and/or billing information?
To update your billing or shipping information:
- Log in and go to “Subscriptions”
- Navigate to “Address & Payment Details” to update your card or billing address
- Select the subscription
- Click “Edit Address”
- Enter the new address and save
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged on the day your subscription order is processed.
