  • Click “Manage Subscriptions”
  • Select the subscription you want to cancel
  • Scroll down and click “Cancel Subscription”
  • You’ll have the option to pause for 1–3 months
  • If you prefer to cancel, click “Cancel Subscription” again
  • Choose a reason and confirm

How do I update my shipping and/or billing information?

To update your billing or shipping information:
  • Log in and go to “Subscriptions”
  • Navigate to “Address & Payment Details” to update your card or billing address
To update the shipping address for a specific subscription:
  • Select the subscription
  • Click “Edit Address”
  • Enter the new address and save

When will my credit card be charged?
